1. The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival (“the Festival”) will not refund ticket or camping purchases.
2. The Festival is an all-weather event and will not be cancelled except on the advice of emergency services in extreme conditions, or State Government Health Department directive.
3. The Festival reserves the right to cancel or change certain events due to weather or safety issues in which case no refund or exchange is applicable.
4. No refunds will be made if you choose for any reason not to attend the Festival.
5. Medical Exception: In accordance with the applicable Live Performance Australia Code of Practice for Event Ticketing. Refunds on serious medical grounds may be applicable. These refunds need to be applied for in writing no later than 30 days after the close of the Festival. Any requests for refunds received after this date will not be accepted.

7. The purchase of this ticket is your acknowledgement of understanding that activities, entertainment, events and competitions in the festival’s program involve an element of risk for spectators.
8. Conditions of Sale: All ticket and camping purchases are non-transferable and may not be sold or transferred by You.
9. COVID concerns are not grounds for a refund. The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival and associated events will be conducted under the Victorian Covid 19 Public Events Framework/guidelines and any restrictions imposed by Public Health at the time of the MFSR Bush Festival. Our refund policy will only be amended based on those directives
