Can I apply to have a Stall at the Festival?

Stallholder Applications – Date to be announced

The Festival welcomes applications from Trade, Market, and Food Stallholders offering high-quality, saleable goods presented in a professional and engaging way. We’re especially interested in stallholders who bring something unique and strive for excellence in all aspects of their business. 

To apply for a stall: 

  • Visit the Festival website to access application forms and criteria. 
  • Ensure your products and presentation align with the Festival’s commitment to quality and uniqueness. 

Tenders

Each year, the Man from Snowy River Bush Festival seeks tenders for key operational roles. This is a great opportunity for local groups and businesses to contribute to the running of the event. 

Tenders are available for roles including: 

  • Gatekeeping 
  • Volunteer Catering 
  • Poetry Catering 
  • Refuse Management

How Do I Become an MFSR Volunteer?

The Man from Snowy River Bush Festival takes a professional approach to recruiting and selecting volunteers to ensure a skilled and dedicated team supporting the Festival’s success. 

Many individuals work together behind the scenes. In 2022, 294 people contributed in various roles, including Board Members, Staff, Volunteers (430 in 2021), Sponsors, emergency services, contractors, and local community groups. 

MFSR Volunteers play vital roles in all levels of Festival management, including: 

  • Event setup 
  • Delivering Festival events and ancillary services 
  • Event dismantling 

Volunteers are the heart and soul of the Festival — fun-loving, community-minded individuals who form the Festival family. Our volunteers are truly the Festival’s LEGENDS!
